My 16 year old has been dealing with hard wax impacted in his ear for years. His doc has tried to take it out and never been successful.It took us about 4 bottles and 30 minutes, but finally a massive piece of wax that felt hard as a rock plopped onto the tray. There were remnants left that I grabbed with a tweezer and it took everything I had not to throw up, and/or pass out. So. Much. Wax. Yet so, so satisfying.My son said he didn’t know how plugged his ear was because everything seems so loud now. Feeling a little guilty for not doing it sooner! 10/10 would buy again and recommend!

Product worked great. It's crazy how much wax was removed. I have had the product for 6 months and it amazes me everytime I use it.

Y'all. This is a game changer. I don't write reviews because they take up too much time and - let's be honest - most products barely do what they promise. BUT this is an exception.These photos are 12 year old ear wax. I have a twisty ear canal and always have to go to the doctor for a flush out. I've made do but could tell it was time when my ear kept plugging up in the shower again.I had to use 4 canisters of warm water, but that sucker FINALLY left the building! I'm so excited and my ear feels so much lighter. Oh and it's literally hard as a rock. It had been in there for quite a while.If you have had to have a nurse or doctor flush your ears, this is for you!

I was very skeptical of this product and it's safety as a product that involves something as sensitive as your ear canal/eardrum. I read all instructions very carefully, multiple times to make sure I wasn't doing anything that could damage my hearing. I put it on the lowest setting and got started and immediately it felt and sounded like I'd done damage. I shook out my ear and was freaking out because it seemed worse than just having water stuck in your ear. Maybe that's to be expected, but it took hours of laying on my side to get it to fully clear out.Ultimately feels quite sketchy and at best very easy to use wrong. Something like this doesn't feel like something just anybody should have the ability to do. If Q-tips aren't recommended to use in your ears I can't image how this would be. Maybe I'm wrong about how it's supposed to be, but I'm for sure not using this thing again.

This was one of the best purchases I've made. our family cleans our ears at least once a week instead of taking an hour or more to get to each person's ear done that time is now cut in half. Plus it has a camera and convenient app

Decided to try this before going into the doctor. I was hesitant because I didn’t wanna make my hearing worse or push earwax in further . However this did not hurt and cleaned out my ear completely . Can now hear again . 10/10
