These have been a massive help for our daughter. They taste great which helps a lot! She’s been sleeping so much better, but also falling asleep easier and calmer. We have found them really effective! Will definitely be purchasing again.

Nice taste but that's the problem lol the kids want more than 1 but I think 2 or 3 works better for falling asleep,my grandkids have ADHD and autism so they struggle at night so I tried these and they do work on some and not others although they do give longer deeper sleep once you have fallen asleep.

This was our second bottle of these in the first the gummies were soft, and chewy. This bottle the gummies are hard, have a white coating and taste awful. I can't return them as faulty so will just have to bin. I won't buy these again.

Very soft, jelly like and tasty (i had a taste too) but it makes zero difference to my 7yo settling to sleep. I even thought it might be making her getting to sleep worse as this last week has been worse than usual, but having not given her a gummy tonight, she's still having the same issues as the last few nights of taking them. She's fidgeting and tossing and turning more in the last couple of weeks even with the gummies. Such a disappointment as I thought they would help.
