First time buying this salt as I heard good things about it. Now I can't drink my water without it! The salt is grounded finely and of good quality. Personally think it's worth the price as a little goes a long way!

Best Salt ever

I bought this product to aid hydration. Although I drink 2.5 litres of water daily I felt dehydrated on a cellular level and my mouth was always dry. Since stating the Baha Gold these problems have stopped. I also follow Gary Brecka who highly recommended it.
