Excellent freezer - works great and we can barely hear it when it's running. It arrived very well packaged and was scratch & dent free. Its size was exactly as described, and it fits perfectly in the space under my kitchen counter.

I just love my small freezer. it don't take up a lot of space and hold all my extra veggie and ice cream.

Received product damaged. The corner of the box was smashed in, and as a result, a small portion of the door trim was broken. Probably two-fer blame, the product needs to be packaged better, and more than likely, the carrier mishandled the box. Other than cosmetic damage, the freezer appears to be working well; however, it's only on day 2.

We are very happy with it. Runs very quiet and works great.

Great size, runs super quiet. Have it in my kitchen and would never know it was there it is so quiet. Lots of room inside and I don’t lose things in this freezer like I do in my bottom of the fridge one. Not heavy, easy to move and keeps things frozen solid. Good value for the money with two shelves inside making it good for storage

What lack of quality control 🥴 Received this freezer today in a completely sealed box only to see someone’s old freezer that what I can only assume was allowed to be returned. Tons of scratches all over especially the top. A nice quarter sized dent on the left side and some rust that appears to be on the right side. As they say a picture says a thousand words. See for yourself

I bought this freezer a couple of years ago and I love it, it works beautiful even now. I just need to by a stand for it and get it off the floor. If your older like I am it needs to be higher now. I'm going to get one for my daughter.

I’ve only had this for a week so I can’t attest to its longevity or energy efficiency. But I can tell you it was easy for a couple of 75 year olds to carry down a basement flight of stairs, easy to set up and adjust the temp to our satisfaction, kind of fun to remove all the packing film and an absolute joy to have extra freezer storage space. It seems to be very quiet although it is not right in my living space. I can’t believe I waited this long to purchase this item!
