Decent, apple sucks
Its a nice monitor but its because apple is such a pain in the ass its almost unusable.

Terrible Monitor
This monitor is junk. I've hooked it up to two separate NVidia RTX A4000 cards and it just doesn't work. When I start applications that use JAVA it sometimes goes blank then hangs up. Updating JAVA seemed to help but then it stopped working again. It hangs when running the Configure JAVA App and when I run ETrade Pro. I slowed the refresh rate to 120 and it seemed to solve the problem, but it just hung up again while running ETrade Pro and placing an order. I tried updating Windows 11 and JAVA but the problems persist. I don't care about all the SMART junk it comes with, I just need a computer monitor.Update 1/21/25 After uninstalling and reinstalling JAVA multiple times and doing an update on the monitor software, it is displaying software better. But I still have to wait a very long time to get it out of standby mode when I walk away from my computer. Sometimes it never reconnects and I have to do a blind hard reset of my workstation. For a Smart Monitor this thing is really dumb. I should have just gone with a simple straight computer monitor.

Too smart for its own good, but still awesome
The video and picture quality is amazing. A total pain to get set up though. All of the smart features get in the way.

New MacBook Pro does NOT support this monitor
CAUTION! Brand new MacBook Pro does NOT support this screen size (older MacBook Pros did, new ones do not). I returned the one I purchased after spending hours researching how to get it to work.

DisplayPort doesn’t work
Too expensive for the DisplayPort to not work. Pretty disappointed.

Nothing but quality from Samsung
Great monitor wish i had waited for a deal but I used it everyday no issues. The screen optimization gets a little annoying when you use it alot but I've had no issues. Also no overheating and I use it constantly. Great product and the reason I always will choose Samsung from now on when buying monitors or tvs.

Does not work well with Macbook Pro M2 Max Chip - Refund held for more than a month by amazon
Updated firmware at the start per instructions. Then tried connecting via three different cables as reddit and youtube recommended: New generation USB C to Display Port 1.4 which worked fr a minute but screen kept going off, I did get full resolution through this cable. The other two cables provided me with lower 60hz 2k resolution: HDMI 2.1 t HDMI 2.1 (Belkin) and USBC C 3.2 to HDMI 2.1. Therefore, this monitor did not work with M2 Max Macbook Pro. Maybe M3 or M4 can handle, I don't know. Even worth Amazon refused to refund for more than a month!
