Good for rimming a cocktail glass
I ordered this to use add a fancy 'rim' to a cocktail glass - I mixed with with powdered sugar and a bit of salt. It makes the glass the look really good but can't say their was much in the way of taste - it was there but not terribly strong. It made my glasses look smart though for when people walked through teh door so I'm happy enough.

100% fruit. Lovely!
The product is literally 100% raspberry fruit, which in today's ultra-processed foods, with tons of additives, this is fantastic.Fresh raspberries go off quite quickly and, at least that's how it is in my family, we buy them and don't really eat them straight away and the day we decide to eat them, they've gone off so this powder I believe is the ideal replacement. There is no sugars or anything else added to make it more palatable so that taste is of raspberries and nothing else. You also have the crunchiness of the raspberry seeds and there so the taste is not amazing but I would take any day natural products over unnatural tasting foods, with loads of additives.A little bit can easily change your drink or porridge, but this is also down to personal preferences.A good, clean product, of a powdery consistency, which dissolves well.

slightly crunchy, powerful raspberry flavour, new cocktail topping for the festive season
I've got a habit of finding weird cocktail garnishes and thought I'd give this a whirl when it came up for review.Being freeze dried, this weighs next to nothing so floats on the surface of the drink and adds a top note of raspberry to mixed drinks. There's not much in the way of aroma when added to a chilled drink but neat, once it warms in the mouth, the flavour punches through. This isn't cheap but the process is energy intensive so I can understand the pricing. If you love raspberries, and I do, this is a nice indulgence. Just save them for something special as wolfing it down is a waste.Happy to recommend.

High quality freeze-dried fruit packs
This pack is (as advertised) a set of seven pouches of dried fruits, packaged together in a fairly sturdy cardboard box which apparently does a decent job of protecting them in transit (there was a fairly obvious dent in the box when it arrived but the pouches were all still fine without any punctures or other damage); also included is a small leaflet describing the production process in brief terms and providing recipe idea for the various fruits, while also taking the opportunity to advertised a couple of other of the company's products (I'm tempted to get hold of some of their freeze-dried lemon powder!). The fruits themselves are all seemingly of good quality, the freeze-drying process does tend to render them rather tart which can be a surprise if you're not expecting it but the flavours are all nice and distinct. I've taken to dropping a berry or two in a glass of water now and again, but personally I'm happy to snack on them straight from the packet (although fair warning to anyone with dentures or the like, there can be a lot of small pieces that get stuck in your teeth!). Each of the fruits has their own cartoon character/mascot (although the apple's one is a little less obvious), which makes for a nice colourful touch on the packaging. Also, as with any dried fruit the weights given are often misleading, you tend to get rather more than you expected, so 25g each makes for a fairly reasonable pack size. Overall, good quality and if you put your mind to it there are a whole bunch of different uses you could put these to, not bad for the price.

Pretty cool and tasty stuff
Freeze dried things is something I never really knew much about since a lot of the time its used as an expensive gimmick so it never hit me that due to how they are dried it also makes them easy to grind down into a powder which is how you end up with this which is powder made entirely from strawberries. The obvious upside of this is not only is it versatile but lasts far longer than the un-dried fruit would without impacting the taste (which is as tasty as you would expect perhaps even stronger than expected).Since I had no plans on using it all up too fast I've tried it on a couple of varying things with one being on Weetabix since they always claimed you could have then with fruit but I had always thought putting whole fruits in with cereal and milk was a bit odd. Most other things I tested were obvious ones like in oats, on pancakes and creating a smoothie which all tasted pretty nice with the fruity boost. While I can't really comment on the pricing of freeze dried things to be able to have tasty pure strawberry flavour in things all year round I find it could be pretty recommendable to have a try and keep back for either when normal strawberries aren't in season or just the convenience.
