Good for visibility on the road!
Works great, charges fast, mode changes are simple, battery life seems to be good. Overall I think this is a great bike light.

Super bright and a good mounting system.
When it arrived I pushed the power button and it didnt do anything. so I plugged it into power and it fired up. The button started working and it almost immediately indicated it was at full charge. So was it in some kind of sleep mode? I dont know. Plugging it in for a few seconds made it start working. Once it was working. I noticed the light patterns. Those were really bright and another good thing is they were easily seen on the side too. I am short so I can never put a light on my seatpost. This mount is a high quality one with a couple different ways to mount it. It will fit a seat post for sure. (A pretty wide one) the other nice thing is it will also fit the back rail of a bike rack (That is normally where I attach mine.so a wide range of attachment widths are possible The light is bright. The only thing I think you need to watch is the charging door really needs to be pressed in. I am not sure how water proof that would be. Pressing it in firmly seems to lock it in place. You also need to remove the light to charge it so the act of attaching the light will also press the charging port down tight.Nice light. Good price too. Very bright depending on the settings you use.

Great taillight, I just wish sync worked with older Magicshine products
I really like this taillight. It's extremely visible, charges easily, and has some very useable flashing patterns. Unfortunately, I'm not able to use the sync feature, but it also sounds very useful.I must congratulate Magicshine on including the two 5.1k pulldown resistors, to properly implement USB-C charging. A lot of other taillights I've tested miss this, which can be very frustrating. I had no trouble at all charging this unit with a number of USB-C chargers and cables, including e-marked (100W and 240W) cables.Even on low, the light is quite easy to see. There's a large number of LEDs (I counted two rows of 25, 50 total), plus the prism-like lens does an incredibly good job of spreading the light out in all directions. It's even visible from the side. I find the 'eco flash' mode interesting. It pulses twice at low intensity, then once very brightly before repeating. The variation should be more eye-catching, while the clever pattern saves power. Your current light setting is remembered when turning the light off and back on again.Build quality feels great. The body is entirely plastic, but the strong high-density kind. My only concern is the lens. It feels like polycarbonate, so should be durable and take impact very well if it falls. I'm still slightly worried due to just how far it sticks out from the body of the light. Time will tell on that.Mounting is extremely easy, just hook the elastomer band on one side, wrap it around a seatpost, and hook it on the other. I quite like that the elastomer is ladder-shaped, allowing for fitment to different sizes of tubes with only one piece. That means you won't ever lose the others, if you need to move it to a different bike. The rear of the light has a concave rubber channel on the back. I specifically selected this light to mount horizontally on the rear of my bicycle cargo trailer, and it stays on the smaller tubes very securely. The status light in the power button glows green when "charged", though I found it continued to draw power for about twenty minutes after the color changed. Once full, it lasts a very long time, and I measured the battery within margin of the 430mAh rating. Now, the only complaint I have about the light is that it won't sync up with my existing Ray 1600B and Evo 1300, which use the MJ-6508 remote. You have to have a light which uses the newer MJ-6558 FTR remote. So far, that's the Allty 1200U. Both use bluetooth, so I'm fairly disappointed they couldn't make it work with the "older" (less than a year...) lights. You can connect to the taillight with Magicshine's app, although it has no functionality for it, at least not yet. This isn't an advertised, but I found it interesting the app recognized it.I'm quite impressed with this light. It's very visible and feels quite durable. I really appreciate that it can charge properly from USB-C. While the syncing features sound cool, I'm disappointed that I can't use them with my current Magicshine headlights. The pricing is a touch steep, no doubt caused by the sync feature, but I don't think it's unfair given the build quality.

light weight rear bike light weighs 1.25 ounces
This light with its restraining strap weighs 1.25 ounces and easily mounts onto the rear bike frame. It is 2.5 inches long. I am placing this light on my rear bike frame. I am not placing this light on my seat post as the strap would be just too tight for my liking. I appreciate the USB C power connection for charging it. My one concern over this light is that it could be easily stolen by someone else if I leave my bike in an open area. So, I remove the light and place it in my coat pocket whenever I take the bike to a community lock up location. Obviously, you must remove it every few days just to recharge it. It has a variety of light options, but I only use the steady light. One short press to turn it on and one long press to turn it off. When you keep in mind what it is designed to do, it is worthy of five stars.

bright, thin and light
Weight with the band is 32 grams or 1.128 ounces. For the size, how long it lasts, and brightness this is pretty impressive. It is also pretty long at almost 4 inches so its hard to miss. On the seat tube if you don't have it obscured its nice and noticeable from pretty far away when blinking.I am a bike commuter and ride 11.6 miles each way so I have tried a lot of lights over the years and when I am not running the basket on the rear rack I tend to run this light.

GREAT Rear Light
This is a great lightweight red light for my bike. It has a range of different blinker settings, including my favorite- breathing mode where the light gets brighter and then less bright slowly. It's the safest setting and works great at allowing cars to see you in bright light as well as in the dark. The charge seems to last a long time and it's easy to attach to my bike. The included mount is simple, strap to a tube or in my case, attach to my rear rack. it fits and stays put.

extremely bright
This tail light is extremely bright and very easy to install. I mounted mine to the end of a rear rack. It is very compact but the light it puts out makes me feel safe. I would recommend.
