I am writing this review after 15days of consumption and I have taken 1 gummy per day. This obviously has improved my hair health and reduced hairfall. I can see very sloth change on my face that it reduced somewhat pimples and made skin a little glowing. I also have one pack with me for another 30 days and I am gonna take one per day now. You can buy it if you afford to buy it for straight 6months cause it has improvement ingredients but it is very slow you have to keep patience.
