A friend of mine suggested this as my haemoglobin levels are low. I am taking it daily with my green juice. I put two big tablespoon of beetroot powder in my juice. It makes my green juice tastier amd healthier.

There are sand/Mud particles in the mix. You can easily identify it by taste. Not good at all.

Very Good Product
I am using saptamveda beetroot powder in my gravies for colour. It gives very good colour to sabji curry and gravy. I do not use anymore artificial colours in my cooking. Really good alternative.
