Amazing support for the neck, but comfy under knees and ankles, too.
This is a really nice quality neck pillow – and a unique shape that I have never seen before. It has a rounded curve in the center that fits perfectly under the neck and higher, almost scalloped, sides to keep the head in place. The bottom of the pillow is perfectly flat, which helps it stay in place on the bed. The fabric covering this pillow is really soft and it zips open to remove for cleaning. It’s hard to tell what a pillow will feel like just from the picture and the description. I would say this neck stretcher pillow is “cushiony-soft”, but on the firm-ish side, rather than the squishy-ish side. Meaning, it feels soft and comfortable under my neck, but it holds its shape well, it doesn’t just squish down into nothing. So, it provides significant support for my neck when I’m lying on my back. But it all depends on where it is placed. If I place it more towards the top of my head, it provides a little elevation for my head, but my chin faces down towards my chest. But if I place the pillow further down, like right under my neck, it lifts and rounds under my neck and my head is more parallel to the bed, with my chin facing up.This is a very comfortable position to be in. This also creates an open neck position that makes it easier to breathe, by the way. I have noticed on more than one occasion that as soon as I get into this position, my sinuses start to clear. I also noticed that the firmness of the pillow is kind of pressing against the bottom of my skull, called the occiput, where I sometimes massage my head to relieve headaches. I wonder if the pillow is activating any acupressure points there.I’ve also tried this pillow in many other positions. When lying on my back, I’ve tried the pillow under my neck with my head straight, and also with my head resting to one side. The higher sides of the pillow are nice to lean into. I tried putting the pillow under my lower back for lumbar support, but it was too firm and too high and felt uncomfortable. I did, however, like it very much under my knee. It provides a nice cradle for my knee and creates a gentle bend in my leg that eases pressure on my lower back. I also liked it very much under my ankle. It felt good to lift my heel off the bed and I imagine that it was good for my leg circulation to have that slight elevation.I rolled over and tried side sleeping on it. It was surprisingly comfortable to rest my head on the higher edge of the pillow, leaving my eye area over the lower section so there wasn’t any pressure on my eye. Also while slide sleeping, I tried this neck pillow under my lower arm and hand. That felt comfy! It wasn’t that great between the knees, though – it’s too firm for that. I’ve also found that I love this pillow behind my neck when I’m reclined in my recliner. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep there! I bet it would be a great car pillow, too, for sleeping in the passenger seat on long drives! So, overall, I have found many uses for this pillow and I find it really supportive and comfortable! I really love it!

Too tall for me
This is not the pillow for me, but here is what I have noticed:I like tall (not flat) pillow. I am a back sleeper that need neck support. So far, I like using certain pillows that looks like waves (so that there is more support for my neck before the pillow dips lower for the curve of my head). When I initially tried this pillow, I did notice that there is plenty of support for the neck area, but felt like the pillow was too tall. I tend to take a long time to fall asleep, so after lying in bed for an hour on this pillow, I felt like I wasn't feeling comfortable enough and swapped out to my old pillow. The pillow is quite firm, which isn't a bad thing for me, but with the height being too tall, it didn't work for me. I think with this firmness, I would have preferred the neck pillow to be slightly shorter. The fact that this is a neck pillow only didn't seem to bother me (no support for the head part), but the height not being to my preference was a big factor.Cleaning: I put the cover into the washing machine (cold wash) and then air dried it, and it worked fine. You will have to compress the pillow to take it out of the cover (and vice versa).I think this pillow can be great for others, but for me, I'll have to continue my search for the perfect one.

Nice compact size pillow for your neck
I have had neck problem for a few years and when it is bad, I can feel numbness with my hands. Therefore, I bought an ergonomic pillow that is very comfortable to my neck. However, that pillow is bulky and heavy so it is not convenient to carry when I am on a trip so I got this compact size pillow to use it in my trips. In the first few days, my head felt weird and a little bit uncomfortable. A few days later, I have got used to the pillow. After my sleep, my neck feels great and doesn't have stiffness that I feel with a bad pillow. I also have never experienced any hand numbness due to neck issues. The pillow can be folded easily and can be put into a plastic bag easily so it is good to carry in trips. It also has a case that can be removed and be washed.I like this pillow and I recommend this product.

Neck support pillow
For years now, I have watched my wife put bottles under her neck to try to support it and stretch it when she was feeling stiff. This pillow is a way better alternative. Others she tried were either two hard or very soft. Goldilocks says this pillow is just right LOL. It is the perfect height and the first night, she fell asleep laying on her back, which never happens for my little side sleeper. She said she woke up and felt less tense in her neck and shoulders. She won't use it every night but likes that if she is feeling stiff, she can get relief with out going to the kitchen for a hard plastic bottle. It is small enough she can take it on vacations too. The case zips off for washing but we are going to try to get a little case for over it instead as she is not sure how well it will hold up to washings.

Hard
Still searching for that holy grail - a neck support that is soft enough for comfort but firm enough to provide support. I was hoping this neck support would be it, but it is hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to lay on. As a traction device, unfortunately it is too firm and painful for me to let my neck relax to achieve any stretching benefit.
