Super sweet
This truck is easily dissolved in water. It definitely tastes good but it’s very sweet. I do put a little more extra water in the mixture to kind of dilute it. Just starting to get back on my diet and wanted to do something quick and easy. I think these dissolved pretty well. I didn’t feel like there was a lot of grittiness in the drink. This is a little over two dollars per packet and honestly I don’t think that’s a lot of money if you went to a smoothie place you would easily pay anywhere from 5 to 8 dollard for a protein drink. I think it’s a great option, especially since they come in individual packages you can easily travel with these.

High quality but pricey
While cheap compared to Ozempic, which it is designed to be used alongside, this is in reality a very expensive protein powder and meal "replacement" hybrid. You could pretty easily add some agave nectar to a conventional protein powder mixed with whole milk and get a similar effect. However, this does exactly what it says and very well, and I can't fault it for being a little overpriced when it competes with other products that are also overpriced and is designed for use with a medication for which the monthly cost is in the 4 figures range. And you can't beat the convenience factor or the ease of calorie counting the package contents.

Quick, nutritious way to start the morning
I know this product is geared towards GLP-1 users, but I got it because I have an early shift and needed something I could make quick and drink on my way to work. This is just a convenient protein shake, with 20 grams of protein, vitamins, and probiotics--it is everything I need in the morning and after drinking it, it keeps me pretty full. I like the individual packs because when I am in a hurry, it is easy to grab one and go and also it is nice to take with me when I went out of town. The strawberry flavor is a little strong, it is like a sweet, fake strawberry flavor, but I usually just add more water and it is fine. It mixes well and doesn't upset my stomach. However, these are very expensive for what you get. I can buy a tub of protein powder with 30 servings for the price of this box. While, I did like these, it is too expensive for me to justify having everyday.

Shake-like
There's quite a few supplements in this (in addition to the whey protein), so it's not very surprising that there's a bit of thickness to it. It has a shake-like consistency. They recommend 6 ounces of water. If you're looking to maximize the flavor, this is probably a good guideline. Adding more water will thin it out more, but also dilute the flavor. I've found the flavor is still pleasant enough with it diluted a bit more, but less water does equal more flavor. The strawberry flavor does taste like strawberry to me.

Provides you a comprehensive mix of vitamins to start your day
I mix this with frozen fruit and 8oz of water in a blender in the morning and it thickens up very well. I normal take a keto shake in the morning but I thought I'd try this.It definitely satisfies the hunger in the morning and tastes good when you have the first half of the shake but then it does leave a bit of a chemical taste that I'm not used to tasting in my keto shakes. It's not an unpleasant taste, just not to my taste entirely.

Easy to use and tastes good.
These drink packets are easy to use because they can easily be mixed with water and ice for a quick drink. We have also used these as a base for full smoothies with fresh fruit and other ingredients. They taste pretty good on their own with just water and ice, but I still prefer to use them for my morning smoothie. They are on the expensive side but so is every other comparable supplement that I've seen. That aside, these are a good option.

Perfect Smoothie for Sensitive Stomachs!
This strawberry health smoothie is a gem for anyone with a sensitive stomach. It has a light, refreshing flavor that’s easy to digest and doesn’t cause any bloating or gassiness. The ingredients are gentle, yet it still provides a great energy boost and keeps me feeling full. I love having it as a snack or even as a breakfast replacement when I’m on the go. If you’re looking for a delicious smoothie that’s tummy-friendly, this one is a must-try!

Expensive - Bland Flavor
This product is trying to appeal directly to people taking GLP-1, but ultimately it's just a protein powder with some added vitamins so it really should be rated in that vein. The price is extremely high, well over $4/serving. Most good to higher end products are within $1-$2/serving. So this is over twice as expensive as even high-end products.Despite the huge cost, the flavoring is reminiscent of products from the 90s. Extmreely light strawberry flavor that is just good enough to drink but not enjoyable by any means. It is also fairly chalky and overly fluffs up when blended. The protein and ingredients are solid - it just needs to be shown more love in the flavoring and mouthfeel departments and have a drastic price cut.
