This provides a simple,EFFECTIVE proposal for giving us the life we were supposed to have ! Virus and bacteria unable to break down our own immune system !(think Super-Oxygenated cells) It may be met with much skepticism but, there is also much at stake ! ! Highly recommend anyone interested ,even slightly, to start w/healthier lives and healthier lives for the people around you them invest in this book and proposed remedy ! Excellent book, it has ideas as to what to do with hydrogen peroxide for health. The value for the money I spent is invaluable and I will try it to see the effectiveness of the remedy. Size of the book is good too it won’t take long to read. The reviews are amazing and am excited about the possibilities of pain relief and finding curing remedy that is safe.

I read this book thoroughly and have been using drops in my gallon water decanter with spout. I makes beautiful oxygen bubbles and tastes very clean.

Very good, easy and clear read

Information about the benefits of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide was great. Was able to get through the book in just a few sittings. I did as was instructed, read the entire book before using the products provided, which included 12% H202 Hydrogen Peroxide. The only problem was, the book didn't talk about 12% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Not once was it included, not even in the 7 various types of hydrogen peroxides described. After searching for the answer online with no luck, I had to go back to Amazon to this book listing and find the answer. In the book description, it mentions that 3 drops of 12% equal 1 drop of 35%.

It gave simple instructions on how to use hydrogen peroxide and what the benefits are for using it.

The instructions for dilution in the book are for 35% HP. No one on Amazon sells a 35% Food Grade HP, & this product comes with only 12% Food Grade HP. So, you must convert the 35% HP book instructions to mix with distilled/filtered water to get a useable (& variable for dosages), ~3% HP/water mix. It's more than a bit confusing. One reviewer said 3 drops of 12% makes HP 35%. So, 3 drops of 35% HP in the book, converts to 9 drops of 12% HP that comes with this product, per 6-8 ozs of water. &, if the 25+ days regimine given in the book actually provides results, i'll add another star or 2 to this review. :)
