Good pigment but sumdges, the colour is orangish red

Seller needs to be blacklisted
Colour is good and i know the quality of the product hence i ordered. But disappointed to have received my order with tip broken or it seems used. This seller needs to be blacklisted.

Lipstic case/tube quality.
Lipstic shade and texture is very good.but Lipstic case quality is not good.it is not working properly after short time.becoz of this my 90%lipstics getting g wasted. Initially I thought ,that product might be defective..but for my all 4 purchases I faced same issue. I request,please please consider quality of case. Otherwise shade and texture Is 10/10.
