This cake stand is really nice. It’s great for 3 tier cakes, pretty, multiple uses and very lightweight. I prefer the look of the glass ones but are too heavy.

We’ve used this cake stand several times now and it’s been really handy. It works great as a cake stand with the dome, but we’ve also used it for serving veggies, fruit, and other snacks. The dome keeps everything covered and looking nice. The material feels a bit plastic-y, but it’s surprisingly sturdy and hasn’t cracked or warped with regular use. It’s easy to clean too, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s simple, versatile, and does exactly what we need it to do.

This may seem like high praise, but this cake stand is the best thing I ever bought on Amazon. 1. It's high quality. I got the acacia wood style and both the tray and the small bowl are lovely, real wood and have a great look and feel without being heavy. The dome is clear acrylic, not glass, but that also keeps it very lightweight. 2. It's pretty! I love the wood grain. It will complement almost any kitchen. 3. It's multiple things! I had put off buying a cake stand for a long time because my apartment is small and unitaskers have no place here, plus a cake dome just naturally takes up space. However, this is so cleverly designed: it's a cake serving tray with a dome that locks into the groove on the lip of the tray. It's also a cake stand, if you set the tray on the upside-down small bowl. But it's also an appetizer tray: flip the platter over, and it's got 4 sections for veggies or chips, and the small bowl fits in the center for a dip. You can also invert the cake dome and use the whole setup as a serving bowl for salad or anything else (trifle, anyone?). The whole thing takes up less space to store than a traditional cake stand, offers more options for using it, and it's just so well designed. The price was right, too. My only wish is that they could have somehow figured out a way to make it into a turntable as well, but I wasn't expecting that and I think adding that mechanism would detract from the beautiful simplicity of the design. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend buying this!

This replaced our glass lid cake stand that was dropped and shattered. The lid is great, has already been dropped twice and suffered no damage. Perfect size for standard cake stand. The ability to use it for various other items with the base is great. Quality for being non glass aas better than expected. The dip cup/base could be made a little wider as it does wobble when used for cakes/pie. We use the lid with our cake wood stand and the base and stand for fruit and veggies.

Love it! Not heavy, looks nice as if it was glass. Love the versatility.

I love love love this. It is great and has great versatility between what I need it for. I have used as a trifle dish and a cake covering. The wood looks great, I was hesitant about the acrylic instead of the glass but is still looks amazing and I don’t need to worry about the glass

Love this cake stand or flip it over for chips and dip or fruit and dip. I use this all the time when I bake a bundt cake, scones or pumpkin bread to keep it fresh and yet display my baked goods in the kitchen.
