Accurate picture: the dress came with the hat and the stockings. It has the lace for the bustier on the side, you need to put it yourself but its very easy and you can tighten it like you want.The lower part of the dress isn't as voluminous as the picture, but it already has some tutu fabric for volume. It's already quite short, so I didn't need to buy any additional tutu. Seeing the reviews before I knew that the hat wouldn't have the same effet as the picture either. I guess you can fill it with newspaper so it stays up, but I bought an extra crown instead ! Finally I also saw in the reviews that the hearts from the dress tend to fall.. I did see one of the small hearts from the bustier (not from the main lower part) get half unsticked. But the rest of the hearts were perfectly sticked.I highly recommend it for a one-shot costume for a party :)

It's cheap and it came broken!True to size but what a mess!

As previous reviews have said the hat isn't up too much so that wasn't a suprise. The dress is lovely and very pretty, however the skirt is VERY short but that may be my personal taste. So i'll be wearing tights instead of the stockings (which is a shame they are lovely and very comfortable) on the whole a good purchase for the pricw and looking forward to wearing it for Halloween :)

Love this outfit as did everyone else !! There are however a few things that let the outfit down, the hat is absolutely useless and has no shape what so ever to it!! The skirt is not as full as the picture shown so I would suggest buying a tutu to go underneath to puff it out a little. The netting is slightly itchy but with something worn underneath this shouldn't be a problem! I didn't wear the stockings as thought they made the outfit look cheap.I have still given this outfit four stars as the dress is still lovely for the price it the accessories that let it down and lack of oooomph in the skirt

Fitted beautifully, looked amazing. I did buy a tutu to go under it which helped give more fullness to the skirt. Only think I would say is that the hat it comes with is NOT good and looks nothing like the picture. If you want a hat I'd suggest getting a mini top hat elsewhere!

There no neck ruffle, no straps and no proper hat. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying because this was not worth the money spent. Cheap and tacky and nothing like the pic.

Perfect for my needs. The picture really needs to be changed as I don't know why it shows a collar when none is supplied (as confirmed by other reviewers). The hat is worse than useless too, but again I was prepared for that due to previous reviews. Length is perfect, a little cheeky, but not too short. It could do with more netting as it doesn't flare out as in picture, so I suggest buying another petticoat skirt for it.
