I’ve had these for a while now and they have been helping reshape and lift my buttocks after having 3 babies. I barely exercise (4-6 times a month), so if you added a workout routine with these - BBL surgery is not necessary if you do the correct exercises.

I waited 3 months to do this review so I can have a real review lol.The comfort is great, no slip resistance.I like to think they're doing their job 🥹...I went from 407lbs down to 215, and toning up has been my thing for the last 7-8 months. I've never had a booty 🤦🏾‍♀️ never really care for one when I was bigger cuz I was a tomboy, sweatpants t-shirts and tennis shoes. Now I'm in my soft girl era and I can see a shape starting to form 😁 the gym has been great to me. And I'm glad I added these bands to my workout.

I like that these bands do not roll up like others I've tried. I do agree with others that they do slip a bit when working out.

So far these are great, they don’t slip, easy to move around in, and they fit my thighs which are honestly quite large… around 24” where these sit. These were also cheap in comparison to others I looked at but they’re super sturdy and the quality is nice so far. Since getting these I’ve used them every other day and have already noticed quite a difference.

Good quality.I would suggest only wearing these with cotton workout material on because the nylon or typical workout material causes them to slide. Also doesn’t come with instructions to make sure you are using them properly & you can’t find a video online. So I would suggest consulting with a professional because you don’t want to cause blood clots. They are made with every good quality. But besides that I love them 😍
