Purchased October 30, 2024. Now 6 months later, completely dead. Will not work. Power supply has full voltage, so it has to be the red light unit. Wasn’t used daily!

I’ve been using it for week now. I have really bad back pain and this has actually helped relieve it. I would recommend it. You can adjust the heat setting as well as the time. I usually leave it for 30 minutes.

I really loved the results I got from this device. I like that it has different modes, you can control the intensity and it has a timer. I would continue to love it if it still worked properly. I got this in January and now in April the wiring seems to be struggling. It doesn’t stay on if I can get it on at all. I have taken care of the device and put it away after each use. I would pay a little more to have one that continues to work properly. 🫤 Mostly used for muscle soreness and menstrual cramping.

I'm having good effects with this but the smell is awful. I ozoned it and that helped but it was so strong it carried over to my clothes that I wore over it. So an effective product especially given the price but the smell is intense.
