Works best with room temp or cold water. Recommend mixing 1oz of water with 1 tsp of kava tea powder and then combining with an additional 3oz of water to make it easier to mix. Can be combined with any other drink but tends to separate over time so be sure to mix before drinking. Mix in slowly if combined with carbonated beverages, as it tends to excite carbonation when mixing in. Mixing with hot water tends to make the kavalactones (active ingredient) sticky. It can be done but recommended to use water <140*F.
