I really like this Celtic salt – it has a clean, natural taste and you can tell the difference compared to regular table salt. The crystals are a nice texture and it works well for both cooking and finishing dishes. It feels like a healthier, more natural option and a little goes a long way.

I purchased this as it contains 82 minerals, a much better salt than standard table salt. I use it for cooking and placing on prepared meals. It is coarse so if you wanted it on meals it is hard to break down. It's too wet to be used in a salt mill.
