Milk Thistle is supposed to be good for your liver. I personally have had decent results with it. However, whether or not this milk thistle brand works, I cannot say because I haven't had any recent tests to verify. So, I will talk about how easy it is to swallow. It is a little bigger than the last brand I got. I was able to swallow it without too much problem, but I do feel like I have a bit of heartburn after.
