Top Quality Farro Pasta
Outstanding pasta! The process seminole pastas marketed taste good, but they aren't "good" for you. This pasta is truly delicious. 100% farro. That is good for you. No "ultra" processing, which the other pastas have behind the great taste. This is truly, "old school, Mediterranean" style pasta. Does not break down, stays whole, a great taste and bite if cooked the way it should be. Whether you do it in water, or the sauce direct, 8 minutes and it's perfect.

Superior grain with superior taste and texture
I made linguini with clam sauce and flavor and texture of pasta was amazing. My husband and I both noticed the difference. Farro is a superior grain, so more nutritious. We will be buying more.

This Pasta is Amazing
This stuff is so close to how regular pasta tastes and the consistency but it is purely alkaline and made from spelt! I recommend this to anyone who wants to eliminate starch and acid from their diet!
