Great Recipes, quality not that great (not the author's fault!)
I am giving this a 5 because I love the recipes and was so excited to finally get this book. Found this author on TikTok and had to buy her cookbook! Love that the recipes as is are enough to feed a large family and even have leftovers! Also love that they’re down to earth using ingredients that anyone can get and are often lower in cost and simple enough for nights when you just need a quick but hearty meal!

Love the recipes inside the book, but I ordered a hard cover and received a paperback. Not that big of a deal but I paid more for it and wanted it to last a long time.

Great mix of flavor recommendations
You guys; this was a good one if you like “stuff in a bowl” food. I do. So I’m happy- also pleasantly surprised not a lot of sour cream/canned soup/ cream cheese involved if any. I don’t mind that stuff, but I find most recipes are so similar it’s hard to tell what’s different so you’re making the same stuff? This had a lot of great variety.
