Perfect for beginners
It’s the first longboard I’ve ever had and it’s worth every pound! If you are a beginner like me you don’t need to get an expensive one.My friend and I got a bit too excited the first day and spent around 6-7 hours skating. We had no problems at all. It's been a few months now and it's still in perfect conditions.Really good quality.

LONGboard it is
To begin with, I am a forty-something mum who touched a skateboard at the age of 12, it was the first and last contact with the object, and it was going downhill sitting on it, so this review won't be offering any technical detail and specifications in regards to this skateboard. It is one random middle-aged woman talking about a completely foreign object who will do 'the talk' (to save you a few minutes of your time if you wish to scroll past this review and get to the bolts of the subject).Right, OK - this thing is huge. And heavy. My 5-year-old has been demanding a 'proper skateboard' for quite a while now, and not a mini one, so I had to get one. It arrived well packaged and the size of the box shuttered my every hope of keeping the house safe should the practice of skateboard start in the long winter months before we could take this beast of a board outside. This skateboard is definitely for grown-ups, well, young adults, to be precise. It appears to be quite sturdy (I am sure after a while of proper use, under proper weight it will begin to to - what do you call it? - sway/wobble/swing more). But for now I am very happy it is this way as there won't be any injuries while my 5-year-old takes time to realise that a mini board is probably a better option to begin with. The one thing that is truly upsetting, however, we have a chipped bit on it, underneath. And we did not drop it or bump it so I am sure this is how it arrived. As I do not know the nature of this damage, I cannot quite comment on what force could have inflicted it and what should be avoided, but it just shows that this board is not indestructible. Too bad for a board like this. It is intended to be bashed about quite a bit (or so I see in the skateboard park) so a damage that has be incurred while in the storage is definitely not adding any value to this object..The wheels are sturdy thick material with a hint of softness to it and all the parts, including the board itself are individually wrapped in clear plastic. The surface of the board (at this point those patient professionals who for some reason continued to read this review are already rolling their eyes -duh!) is curved inwardly, which produces a light effect of a bowl. The surface is absolute sandpaper (or dear those shoe soles...) and will keep your feet 'glued' to it even if you would object otherwise. I guess is a good thing to have on a skateboard and the fastest way to get that mini board for us.And last, but not the least (at least not for this mum), this board looks its part. The print is stylish, the colours are too and the feel to it is authentic.Well, I do not feel qualified to recommend but I definitely hope this review helped someone to make their choice and that choice works for them. Check the photos, they might conveys things better as I am aware of my skateboarding limitations.PS: with my weight on it (same method applied as 30 years ago, moving on even, horizontal surface), this board glides and does so fast.

Heavy board, wheel came off first on ride.
The board looks good, however the first time I took it out the wheel came off, subsequently losing the wheel. Also the board is quite heavy which makes it more difficult to move on.

Excellent quality all round
Excellent quality longboard at a good reasonable priceWell constructed wood body with nice laminateVery nice butter smooth bearingsEverything is very nicely put together and quality is very good for the price pointIt’s a long board - so long and transporting and carrying could be cumbersomeBut if you know what you want and have a limited budget - this is a good purchase

Good solid board
The media could not be loaded. I love the size of this board and how easy it is to just lean and steer, so much easier than skateboarding. The print is fabulous on a thick wooden board. It’s light enough to carry easily but still sturdy. A really good choice! Can’t wait for summer days now to roll along the promenade!
