I love this Supplement; I’ve been taking for at least 3 weeks; gives me a boost of energy and helps with my moods and hot flashes. I highly recommend it!

Doesn’t seem to make much difference in vaginal dryness. Not sure it is even working.

I didn’t have a lot of hope after trying other supplements to combat perimenopausal bloat and weight gain to no effect. I noticed some of the reviews for this product stated it improved their mood with someone saying they felt they got their old self back. I was already taking ashwagandha for stress with work so didn’t think too much of it.I’ve been on this product now for 30 days. Within the first two weeks my mood improved dramatically. I didn’t realize just how out of sorts I had been. I DO feel like I got my old self back. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any more and I still struggle with bloating around my ankles, waist and face periodically. But for the sheer change in my attitude I am extremely grateful for this product and will be taking it as long as it continues to perform.

I have almost finished my first bottle and can tell a difference in my energy and mood. I haven’t changed any other vitamins or meds so I feel it is these that are helping. I seem to be sleeping a little better, working out more and have more energy. They don’t have a taste, value for money is good, easy to use just by taking two pills daily.

Like most women I was trying to find something to help calm down these hot flashes, weight gain, brain fog, etc. I was so excited to try yet again something else this did not work for me at all, as a matter of fact it multiplied my hot flashes I was to the point I was having at least 20 a day, I quit taking the product in within two days. My hot flashes went back down to roughly 5 I slept through the night last night for my first time in 30 days. I did not wake up soaking wet so clearly this product did not work for my body.

USA made supplement with quality ingredients. The capsules are rather large, but doable. I do find the price point to be pretty steep.

This supplement has improved my menopause symptoms. I noticed a change right away. Highly recommend.

Didn’t notice any change, gained weight and was eating whole 30. Maybe it works for others but way too expensive to not see results
