Choripdong Crispy Seaweed (Sesame Oil) (3 x 5g)

This is a seaweed snack for eating directly without any preparation or cooking as it's already seasoned with a bit salt so very tasty, can be an alternative of crisps going well with a beer or white wine. The little packet inside is to keep the seaweed dry and crispy, once the outer packet is opened the seaweed should be consumed at once as the it will get damp and limp very soon and lose its crispy texture. This is a top quality product of its kind, only downside is very expensive!

Not how seaweed should taste

I mistakenly purchased as I thought it was crispy seaweed. I have no idea how to eat the wafer thin sheets

These are great, very tasty and probably the best seaweed snack of this sort. It tastes crispier and saltier than other brands I've had, in a good way. However, it is quite expensive for what it is - £2 per 5g pack. Other brands give you a lot more of the money.And to address some of the other reviews:1. No preparation or cooking is required, you literally just open the packet and eat the seaweed.2. It's not Chinese, this is a Korean product with Korean writing on it.

I couldn’t find any details about whether this was dried seaweed sheets or not so I took a bit of a gamble ordering and was very pleased to discover that it was exactly what I was after! For an affordable price no less! I’m not sure how you would prepare these for cooking, but I tend to just eat them straight out of the box and they’re really pleasant. There’s a little sachet at the bottom of the pack and I’m not entirely sure what it’s for. Feeling around it just feels like it contains some salt crystals, but I can’t be sure. Not going to bother opening it. 5 stars all round

All instructions were in Chinese, so didn't know how to prepare, tasted horrible when I tried my own method of preparation.
