The item was actually very well packed in a box... too bad the box of the item itself was all bend up and damaged. The replacement came in worse packaging, just a paper bag really, all bend and dented. This has happened with every order we've placed on here. We like keeping the packaging (even if we open it ourselves) just because they look nice but keeping them all messed up like this isn't very nice.
