Item matches description. It seems a bit pricey, when compared to the price of the Red putty, which is what I purchased from this company about six months ago. I needed a softer putty than Red, so bought this yellow X-Soft. Seems to be of same quality. Portion size limiting so had to buy two of them. Don't know why single 4 ounce size is not an option though. I have to remind buyers, like all of the putty brands made, when you are done with your exercise, put it back into the containers. Do not leave it sitting out on clothing or anywhere else because it molds to that. All the putties do this. This x-soft putty is helping me with my hand physical therapy. Matches what my physical therapist used.

When looking for a good therapeutic hand putty (for hand exercises to keep rheumatoid arthritis at bay) I sort of had to guess the actual consistency of each different colour available. I chose the yellow because the description was between soft and medium - and when it arrived, and I tried it, I was delighted that it is the exact strength/consistency I was hoping for.

I like this product but since the SOFT isn't available in a bit larger size I had to purchase from another company. I did keep this putty for days my hands are sore and can't deal with a larger amount of putty. Again I'd love a bit larger size in SOFT. This product would get a 5 star if a larger quantity.

Bought for my grandma who just had her wrist broken and was in cats for 2 months. After words she was given this by dr and could not find it anywhere local this worked perfectly

I don't understand how the first one could be so soft and the second one be so hard! I really wanted another soft one for another room. One at my computer and one while I watch TV. Not to be so. The hard one is too hard.

I have small hands, injured my left pointer finger, and I used something like this while going to therapy. I was told to get the Soft Yellow to use at home. It’s just the right consistency and makes me exercise my finger. I think it works great and highly recommend.

i GOT THIS AS i THINK i MAY NEED THE BLUE PUTTY FOR MY HAND EXERCISES. i AM USING THE GREEN (1 STEP DOWN IN RESISTENCE). Ii STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE WHO HAS HAD HAND SURGERY TO GET THE PUTTY, SPONGE AND 1 OR 2 OTHER THINGS THAT YOU USE IN HAND THERAPY (ASK YOUR THERAPIST FOR RECOMMENDATIONS). MAINTAINING THE HAND/FINGER FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH IS UP TO YOU AFTER YOUR THERAPY STOPS. IF YOU DON'T KEEP UP WITH YOUR EXERCISES YOU WILL LOSE THE RANGE OF MOTION AND STRENGTH THAT BOTH THE THERAPIST & YOU WORKED SO HARD TO GET! STRONGLY SUGGEST THESE THINGS.

This product is the same kind that is used in an Occupational Therapy office. Works great, I can use it in days when I don’t have therapy!
