Q: Would this be ok to use on a protein shake diet having 2protein shakes a say and a small cup of this.im on a liquid diet

I cannot comment on diets. The package says that per 100 ml you get 0.5g protein. So that for me in a bowl of this soup I am getting about 0.8p protein. There are 450g powdered soup which makes 25 portions of soup in total. I don't know if that helps - it is very good soup

Since when you open it it does not change. Follow the expiry date that is around one year of life.
