These leggings are perfect for me! I'm 5'6" and 137 lbs and I got a small. I was looking for high waisted leggings that have pockets GREAT overall compression. After reading a ton of reviews, I decided to get the small hoping they would provide the compression I want and these were just right! They hold in my tummy and my bum and don't show any panty lines or cellulite. If you're my weight/height and you don't need as much compression, maybe the medium would be better for you. Another thing I love about these is the waist! The waist has a very flattering V shape seam that shapes my 53 yr old belly nicely.

By far my favorite leggings ever, I will be buying more! They have the perfect amount of compression where you don’t feel suffocated but they also won’t fall down when running. The pockets are a great size and fit my phone easily. The material feels very comfortable and is not see through but also not too thick to the point of being overly warm when working out. Overall, I would also say they are true to size and a great product especially for the price.

Seriously?! Why did I even go back to Athl…the material was so thin for so much $. IUGA is fantastic. The material isn’t thick and it’s not thin. It’s perfect! It actually does provide tummy support and it gives the posterior a little giddy-up. Probably the best leggings I have ever owned.

I love these leggings. They stay up, are squat proof, are lightly compressive but hold things in nicely to smooth them out without being too tight. They fit true to size but you might be able to size down a size for more compression. They can get a little pilling on the inner thigh area after a lot of usage, but it's not too noticable. I have tried lots of leggings on Amazon and these are one of my faves. Marmterisl is thick but not too thick and it's still breathable. I wear them to the gym and just out and about.

I really like this leggings , they are soft but still provide a tight feeling of compression, the high waist is perfect for me, it does not roll down during my Pilates classes. In fact i ordered another color and planning to get more in different colors. I would definitely recommend this product my only regret is that i did not purchase them sooner , the price is affordable while quality of the fabric and stitching is superb. I spent big bucks on another brand and from now on i am sticking with IUGA leggings. I am 5.6 ,weight 161lbs got M, I don’t have a big belly .

Must buy! If you do not feel the compression, size down. I’m usually a medium and they weren’t as tight as I liked, and did the camel toe thing. I ordered the small and they were perfect.

The Quality was GREAT! These Leggings with its strong but lift made me C-Lo! Will be buying more and size up to have a comfortable fit! Will be buying more of these!

I found these in a specific search for compression leggings. they do have tummy control. they are actually well made and nice. However they are barely tight much less compression. dispite the seamless front still went through class with camel toe. great for lounging, not for work out
