These lung bags fit the manikins, but the material is thicker than the original Prestan bags, so they are a little difficult to open up once they've been threaded through, and occasionally they stick when someone is trying to blow into them, so a little disappointing. I should not be difficult to make them the same. Also, I ordered two packs, and the first pack only contained 44 bags instead of 50. I haven't used the second pack yet.
