I’m really bad with remembering to take my daily vitamins in tablet form but these are a game changer! I’ve been taking these almost daily for the last 2 Months and my hair has grown so much and feels so much healthier than before. 100% recommend.

Biggest noticeable change in nails
These are really tasty and I certainly notice the difference in stronger nails - I normally go every two weeks to have my nails done and my natural nails always seem to chip and break but recently I went a whole month without any damage whatsoever and can only put it down to these as it's the only thing that's changed!
