I read that Bergamot is very good for controlling cholesterol. I don't have a problem but at 73, a daily supplement could only help. Great price for 120 capsules.

This product seems to have everything that I wanted in it. The size of the pills is not bad see the photo with the comparison to a quarter. For the price i think it is a good value. I would recommend it.

It works!
Started taking this supplement last year January (1capsule daily just to see if there had been any changes to my cholesterol). When I had my labs completed, my tri-glycerides were within range (they had been out of range prior to taking Upnourish). This year 2025, I am now icreasing to 1 capsule in the morning and one in the evening. I haven't had any labs so far but am looking for improvement. Eventually, I will keep increasing to the recommended quantity. I would recommend this product !
