I read the reviews on the site about missing parts. But my mom & I found the 4 small screws & 2 pins inside the big package box. The box was sealed really well from anything being lost during shipping and a lot of foam to keep it from being damaged. My senior mom likes it now to assist my dad during his rehab recovery at home. Mind you the person needs to be able to move there legs/ arms as advertised. Otherwise it would be very difficult on you to assist but it will work but a lot of effort on your part. A big key note, the package (112Lbs) is very heavy to have delivered at home & unloaded into the house. It is a two healthy strong person to carry in. But once assembled it rolls smoothly. And yes the arm lift doesn’t have to assembled but when you need it it is about 20Lbs to lift on/ off. Even the nurse that visits my dad uses it to lift my dad for rehab & check ups. Plus it does take a little bit of room but we lift up the arms to pass the bed high enough and slide it there for overnight.

This product was phenomenal conceptually however there are many pieces that have to be attached and detached. There is space to slip from the seat, the suspension is extremely slow, it’s more fitting for a child.
