I got 4 of these items and love them as gifts too.It’s worth buying multiple ones for large parties and have multiple stations to help the traffic of people making a line

My business team and I enjoy this hot chocolate maker that also doubles as a coffee machine, and it's been a great addition to our coffee-tasting events. It's a great attraction and in the same color -- RED -- that fits nicely with our brand.This machine has also become a point of interest at our booth, attracting more visitors keen to try the beverages it produces. It's nice to offer something that not only tastes good but also adds an element of fun to the experience.The spout dispenser is also very convenient, enabling us to serve samples to our guests efficiently, with everyone enjoying their drinks within just 6-8 minutes. We do wish, however, that the jug could hold more than 32oz, as we often find ourselves running out quickly due to its popularity.The machine excels in both making hot chocolate and brewing coffee, which is particularly appreciated at our events. We add milk or half-n-half to the batch which adds to the creaminess and enhances the flavor, and we appreciate the froth stirrer keeps the contents mixing and off the warming plate so it doesn't burn our mocha latte beverage. We get so many compliments of the smooth and creamy texture to our healthy mocha latte drinks.We've found it to be a valuable addition, especially for gatherings and events, and it’s nice to have for making warm, tasty drinks at home or when exhibiting.

Bought this for my friend and they absolutely love it! It froths the hot chocolate perfectly and has that fun retro vibe that makes it a hit in any kitchen. Super easy to use. Definitely a great gift idea for cozy-season!One of my only gripes I’ve heard about it, is how much of a pain it can be to clean. However it froths well.

Cute as this is, I don’t recommend purchasing. It leaks out of the base of the container and even through the pins where it connects electrically. I had run a test with a cup of water to watch it operate and do a first run to remove the new plastic smell. I operates properly. It’s a bit noisy, more than I expected. I pulled the container out of the base, which is a bit harder than I expected as it’s a snug fit and the base is light in weight. I noticed a drop of water in the base. I ran a second test with 4 cups of water for about 2 minutes and pulled the container out of the base and noticed another drop of water. I emptied the container, shook it and heard water in the bottom of the container. I gave it a couple of straight up and down shakes and more was coming out, this time from the seam of the base of the container, from the blade base (underneath the container) and the electric prongs connection area. I double checked around the prongs to confirm leaking there and felt moisture. Packed it up and sending it back.

Works great. The electric motor and cable are integrated in the bottom of the unit, keep them out of water flow when you wash it. It's pretty easy to do.

Does the job but very loud! If you are the early person in the house, you won't be able to run this. I live in a 2000+sqft home and it always wakes others. Cleaning can be a chore if you're in a hurry.
