These tapes are like magic!! My knee pain is hardly noticeable and my husband is now using them. He thought he was going to have to have the surgery and now doesn’t need to, the pain is almost gone. They are comfortable and dry quickly after a shower. We get on average a weeks worth of wear per application. They are sticky, so apply carefully or the product will stick together as nd you will have to use another precut tape.

The pre-cut kinesiology tape for the knee that I bought for my husband has been an excellent choice for providing support and relief during his physical activity and daily recovery. This very much worked for helping support my knee and the way it was cut made application very easy but the adhesive gave me a bad reaction. You have no fear of this coming off either; it really sticks to your skin.

Kinesiology tape has to be my favorite new thing for body pain. And this brand is awesome! I love the precut pieces. I cut plenty by hand, so to have special ones = AWESOME! I'm thin (95lbs, 5' 5") so these knee pieces are a bit big for me. But, if you know how to apply, they work the same. This tape lasts! It's def Waterproof and survives scrubbing and aggressive use (see pic - that's after 2 two showers). Once I finally get it placed, it works well and gives me pain relief and stability in my knee, but it is not easy to apply (without it getting stuck to itself and being very crooked) and is time consuming to get it right. Although "waterproof" when I take a shower it peels right off, whereas my normal KT strips will last for days, including after showering. The idea is good, but once I use all of these strips, I will go back to buying normal pre-cut strips of KT tape, they are much quicker and easier to apply, and less frustrating.

They have helped me tremendously. At my last physical therapy appointment, I had one of the PT's put them on me. They were impressed with the product too. I've worn them for several days & while they are a bit frayed, they are intact & not coming off. After total knee replacement a few months ago, these have really helped me. They look almost like what the therapist have been manually put on me with just strips of the kinesiology tape from the store. They help with my pain level. I appreciated that I had multiple choices of color & they were a good value for my money. I hope I can get the next set on as easily as my pt's since I've had both knees done over the past year so I'm using 2 at a time.

I was a little skeptical of this off-brand, precut tape, but I gave it a try and I am REALLY impressed! Not only is it pre-cut, but some of the tape is stretchy, as KT tape should be but some of it is not stretchy - in the places where stretch is not needed. That was really surprising and useful. In addition, it's stayed on, with daily showers, for more than 10 days! I've never had any other brand of tape stay on for that long! Granted, it does fray a little bit along the edges, but it stays stuck in place for a good, long time. We have also tried the "H" style for back pain and found it to be equally as impressive. My knees, and my boyfriend's back are all feeling much better with the support of this product. Very clever design and a good value for the price! I would definitely buy it again!

It gives great support. The tape is kinda hard to work with at first but once you figure it out- it’s good. The downside is the tape is super sticky and can be kinda hard on your skin when you try to remove it and it will leave a residue.

Over the last year or so I have become a big fan of using kinesiology tape. Being an older runner I’ve invariably got some kind of niggle especially in the knee department which requires some kind of support. The pre-cut tape is amazing and saves me so much time compared to the roles of tape which need to be measured, cut and also shaped before applying. The tape sticks well, but, as usual, you have to be brave when removing as it can rip the hairs on your legs. The tape moves with the joint/muscle which makes the support so much better and does not slip in my experience of using elasticated knee supports. The tape also looks better especially in the vibrant blue colour. Also includes a useful information sheet on how best to apply the tape to knees and shoulders. Overall, great tape and would happily recommended for those looking for an easy to apply ready cut and shaped kinesiology tape with strong adhesion.

As someone who uses kinesiology tape for knee support during runs, these pre-cut strips are incredibly convenient. It saves so much time and hassle compared to cutting specific shapes from a continuous roll. The tape itself is of good quality. The adhesive is strong and stays in place for several days, even through showers and sweaty workouts, thanks to its waterproof nature. The cotton material is breathable and comfortable on the skin, and I didn't experience any irritation. The pre-cut shape is well-designed to provide support around the patella and the sides of the knee. I felt a noticeable improvement in stability during my run. The main pro is the convenience of the pre-cut shape, which makes application quick and easy. The quality of the adhesive and the material is also excellent. The only minor con is that you get a fixed number of applications per box, which might be less economical than a bulk roll if you use it very frequently. For anyone who needs regular knee support, this is a fantastic, user-friendly product. It provides effective support and the pre-cut design is a huge time-saver.

These pre-cut kinesiology tape items are quite large, even though the advert pictures are clearly CGI, the actual size of the items is representative of the actual real life item. I went for the blue colour, its quite a vibrant blue and it sticks out. The are very easy to apply, to any area of the body, they are very sticky, they will last several days (2-3) before starting to come away. I have tennis elbow so applied it to my forearm/elbow area and it does bring relief. Its no cure but it helps. Its a lot more subtle to use opposed to a large strap that sticks out, the tennis elbow straps are great for working out, but not so great for everyday use. Whereas this tape is ideal for every day use, under my clothes no one would know. When removing the tape I do not find any glue residue is left on my arm either. The item seems expensive at first but its not really, but its actually really good value for money. At time of writing £29.99 for 24 pieces that just over a pound a piece and I am more than happy to pay just over a pound for several days of pain relief. Great item that I am very impressed with, as the functionally of this tape is great.

I find it hard to recommend as it sticks to hair and pulls it off with quite a bit of pain. It is also hard to stick as it tends to stick to itself
