I used this product to try to get some pain relief from my painful swollen fingers and wrists. It worked whilst it was on but the pain was back with a vengeance as soon as I removed it. Think I need a different one as it needs to cover all of my fingers and not just the palm of my hand and wrist like this one does but to be fair, it does what it’s supposed to do.

It does only stay cold for about 15 minutes, but it is recommended you only wear for short time. My husband hurt the back of his hand, and I doubled the ice pack to provide the cooling in area required and could control how tight it fitted.

This is exactly what I've been looking for, but not been able to find in brick and mortar shops.The gel pack is fairly thin (necessarily for it to fit around the hand) but that does mean it thaws out after about ten minutes or so. It freezes quickly though, so it's not long before you can use it again, and it offers good pain relief.

This is the second wrap I have bought. The first one I split because i heated it too high (my fault, be careful with this!) but the second one has just split while taking out of the wrap to get it in the micro. You cant buy the heatpacks on their own so you cant replace unless you spend another £20. Gutted because this is a great product but silly not to sell the gel part on its own. It would make it them eaiser to swap out too if you were using them frozen too. Please do this therapaq

I use this product for my hands/ wrists ..they have been very painful ..but by using this often ,means I need less painkilllers ..which is obviously great .a very well worth product .i believed I had carpal tunnel apparently I don’t but it could be arthritis it’s gets very bad at times,but these straps really do help ..
