These "hair vitamins" are little capsules of a silicone-based hair oil with some added vitamins (A, C, E, B5). The formula is somewhat similar to Ghost Oil and it has a pretty comparable feel and effect for my relaxed hair. It adds a nice amount of shine and softness without being too greasy or weighing my hair down. I've been using them before bed a couple times per week and am happy with the effects when I wake up. I've noticed reduced frizz, tangles, and flyaways, and though I don't use it specifically as a heat protectant, it seems to sustain the results of heat treatments longer. It has a slightly artificial smelling floral scent, which I don't mind too much since I use it before bed and it's gone by morning. I kind of like the idea of being able to take the little capsules on the go, though I haven't needed to yet. The first few that I used, I couldn't figure out how to open at all and I was just snipping the little "stem" tips off with scissors. I eventually figured out that they do twist off, but you have to hold them just right to get a bend in the material. They dissolve under hot water (I tested it) so it's definitely not plastic, but they are firm enough to make it a bit of a challenge to grip and twist. For some, it might be better to have same formula in a typical pump or dispenser bottle. That could be especially true if one capsule (1ml) is more than you need. It's fine for my thick, long-ish hair but could actually be too much for shorter/finer hair or if you just want to smooth down your frizzies on the go. Still, I do like the silky feeling it leaves my hair with and the capsule concept is kind of fun and interesting at least.

I use these on my hair before styling with any kind of heat. My hair shines and no heat damage. Not greasy at all.

This product is an enormous disappointment. The ingredients are terrible and not good for your hair. The smell is absolutely overwhelming. The design of these is awful and nearly impossible to even open. I’ve attached a video in which I give a very in-depth review while showing you the product and it’s ingredients and what it’s made out of. There’s no way I would recommend this to anyone.
