I like that the pills are small easy to swallow I don't know or notice any side effects or any changes I just started taking them I also mix them with the spoiled child mix or collagen and stuff so hopefully with that and this and my skincare routine I'll get that youthful glow back so fingers crossed update in a month :)

They're small easy to swallow capsules. They give you energy because I be feeling drained lately. There's no taste to these capsules. The quality is great. They are effective because I see sagging skin drawing up.
