Absolutely love my k9 dryer. Pretty color too. As a dog groomer these dryers are a must have! It's loud which is typical for these force dryers, but thats what headphones are for :D

I love the k9ii dryers. Saved up my money to purchase one of my own for my grooming business that I’m starting out. Got everything out of the box and put it together. Went to put the filter cover on and the plastic ring holding it is broke all over. I was trying to find a spot to request a new one and the only option I have is to return the whole item. This makes me sad because the dryer itself isn’t defective. Went to order another dryer filter replacement and they are 40.00! After spending 600.00 I just don’t have it. I only need just a replacement filter so my dryer isn’t damaged!
