I have had several Remington products over the years & they have always been reliable and long-lasting. That's why I chose this hairdryer. But boy, it's heavy! The weight makes it uncomfortable for me to use properly due to a health issue. Sadly, I had to return it the same day, unused. Never really considered the weight of a hair dryer until now but there you go. I gave this hairdryer 5 stars because it is sturdy, looks and feels like high quality, the price is right and based on my experience with Remington products, it would have been a keeper if not for my problematic shoulder! Just one of those things. I immediately ordered a lighter Remington instead.

Great quick drying hair dryer. Hair feels great. Only thing I would say is it is heavy and the buttons are easy to catch as there spread down the whole handle that you hold.

I have a thic wavy hair, quite long, and this hair dryer does the job. I don't like the diffuser so much, i was disappointed, because it's to small for my dense hair. But other than that, it's a pretty good hair dryer for this price. I've used small hair dryers in the past, this was my first "bulky" dryer and I can't find anything wrong with it. The lowest heat setting is almost cold, so it's not damaging the hair. I follow CGM and this has passed my test. I've been using it last few weeks and I'm really happy with it. I still can't manage the diffusing, but i don't blame my hair dryer, my hair is too long for it, at least for this diffuser. I'll update my review in the future when i try to use it to straighten my hair with the brush, but it seems to me it's gonna work just fine, cause the highest heat and speed setting are quite powerful. So far, I'd recommend it to anyone with the curly hair because of the low heat setting. And also, lowest speed setting is satisfying. It seems heavy at first, especially if you never used big hair dryer (like me), but after few minutes you'll figure it out. It's not to heavy for me, my arms don't hurt when using it. For this price i couldn't ask for more. I'm planning to pair it with bigger diffuser though.

Great hair dryer. Perfect for my curls and the length of my hair. Slightly on the heavy side but not an issue. Settings great and parts that come with are fantastic. Good value for money. No complaints

I bought this a week ago and I'm really impressed with it. I have fine, fly away hair that fluffs up at every opportunity and I can honestly say that this hair dryer severely reduces the fluff and eaves my hair shiny and smooth. It is heavier than a regular dryer so it may be more difficult for older users but I am 42 and have gotten used to the extra weight. I don't think it dramatically cuts drying time but it's definitely more efficient than my old hair dryer. The speed and heat settings are excellent but I'm not sure the keratin setting actually does anything but it might do for other people. All in all this is an excellent dryer and leaves my hair feeling smooth so I highly recommend it 👌.

I purchased this i 2020, it is now 2025. This hairdryer has stood the test of time. I dropped it once and unfortunately the plastic part behind the fan doesn't hold on it's own anymore, so I taped it together with silver tape (I hope that's safe! Nothing's happened in three years!). The attachment helps keep hair untangled while drying. I have a dyson airwrap and this dryer is far superior for strictly hair drying. Very powerful, too.
