The media could not be loaded. The lip balm is stuck inside the case and not coming out of it how many times or how many ways I rotate the base. I thought the one I received at first was defective but then the replacement one is also same. So either both of those are defective or they is a special way to get the lip balm out of its case that I don't know. I've applied a little from the top portion and the lip balm itself is good, smells like coffee and stays on lips for 1-2 hours but as I said before it is stuck in the case.
