Does not fit the Ankermake M5C as stated. It is too large. Waste of money.

I’ve used a lot of build plates over the years, and this IdeaFormer-3D PEO PET build plate is easily one of the best. The 250x250mm size fits perfectly on my printer, and right out of the box, the quality was obvious. Adhesion is top-notch—PETG sticks beautifully without needing glue or sprays, and PLA prints just as well. The surface texture gives great first layers, and parts pop off cleanly after cooling. No more wrestling prints off the bed or damaging them. Installation was quick and easy. The plate is flexible but durable, and after dozens of prints, it still looks and performs like new. It also resists warping and handles higher temps better than the cheaper options I’ve tried. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their print surface for reliability and print quality.

I wanted a textured surface for a print I was doing, thought the carbon fiber pattern would look nice when I'm printing black PLA. I could be my settings, I've only done a few prints, but it didn't leave too much of a carbon fiber pattern. Prints released without issues on that side, but the other side seem is very soft and with the same settings it stuck really well and was super difficult to get the print off leaving some marks in the surface. This other side is almost a rubbery layer, I'm not used to printing on. Maybe after playing with the settings I'll get some better results. Again, didn't leave much of a texture on the print but fine as another surface to print on.

UPDATE: IdeaFormer-3D reached out to me after my initial review, they were clearly quite concerned. They sent me another plate to test, as there was some concern that something may have been wrong with the first one. This plate behaved a bit differently, and I was a able to get it to work somewhat quickly. My advice when using this with PETG, dont simply clean it with Windex or 409 as is common. Use something like Dawn dish washing soap, a clean sponge, and very warm water, and wash it WELL in the sink before first use. Whatever residual was left was completely removed this way, and did the trick for me. Giving them 5 stars for outstanding customer service, and a genuine concern for their products performance. Initial Review: Absolutely useless with PETG, tried every trick I know, but it just wont stick properly. Tried 3 different kinds of PETG I have, and none will work.

Fits my QIDI Q1 Pro and works great. My only gripe is it's thicker than the original but the carbon fiber pattern is awesome.

Worked great in the Qidi Q1 Pro! Fit perfectly, good adhesion, will buy more to have extras. Leaves a carbon fiber look on everything that touches the bed!
