Worked great for two months. Now unit stoppped dealing. Bottom inside roller is not feeding anymore. Customer Support contacted me and exceeded our expectations. They were able to confirm the challenge and sent us an replacement. Customer support is right on it and I would very much recommend this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this as a present for brother in law! We have used it on poker nights and just hanging around playing cards. Super easy to set up and works great!

Loved it until it broke after 4 months, seems to be a roller problem. Saw a review that draw pies will send a replacement but google nor the amazon store comes up with a way to contact them.Note:Dealer also deals equally depending on the number of players rather than to the draw buttons so seating is important for convenience.

This is the coolest shuffler for any card game . It’s like your own little robot shuffling and dealing. Works perfectly!

Very ideal for game night! Shuffling and dealing made easy!

It worked great for shuffling but after using it three times, it stopped dealing. It was unable to grab the card to deal. We tried new cards, old cards and different sizes but nothing worked. It was annoying because it stopped dealing in the middle of a game. While it worked it was great fun, but it's an expensive gadget to just shuffle cards. I am returning it and not replacing it.

We loved the shuffle feature, it was great! However, we were disappointed with the dealing feature which stop working the 2nd day we used it. We had to return it.
