Over the past 4 years, I've ordered this chair in all of its color options at least 15 times for different projects. My clients always rave about the look and the comfort. Super durable too! I haven't had to replace one yet! Sellers were great too. Easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this chair from these sellers!

But this year ago, and my son broke it with him a few months. Company did exchange it for a second base mechanism. This replacement broke a few months later

I bought this chair a little under a year ago and loved how comfortable it was while still being aesthetically pleasing. A few weeks ago, a mechanism that held up the back of the chair snapped so I reached out to the seller (XIZZI) to see if there was anything that I could do to get it fixed. They promptly responded and sent a tracking number for what was supposed to be a replacement part free of charge. When the package was delivered, I was shocked to see that they had sent a brand new chair altogether! During my correspondence with the seller, I thanked them for being so understanding and generous and they said something along the lines of "of course, this is what any business should do" and I just thought that it was very kind and made me feel valued as a customer

Good looking chair. But cheaply made. Have owned for a about 4 months and base metal is already cracked. Metal used is more like pot metal than good steel. Would. It recomend purchasing.
