Q: Is the frequency range: 174-237mhz(bandiii) for this aerial correct as dab radios are 174-240mhz?

No idea, but picks up all the stations in my area. (west yorkshire) if this helps

It don't need the ground as the radio supply's it's own. I used the pad and it works great but it's up to you if you use it or not. I find that the bottom came out when I didn't use the pad with the first 1 I had
