Very strong glue
Sturdier tham expected, feels like metal (not sure it is)!The rails are smooth. I used the glue on option, and the tape is very strong! Definitely won't move anyway, just be careful when glueing it I'm place because the moment the tape touches the surface it's on there for good

I should have returned these
They slide. But the expanding part needs to be stick down, and I used some glue so I could return them.Too shallow to be of use - most of the cupboard height is wasted.I’ll buy some MDF and use this as a base for a useful kitchen organiser
