It was hard to find a cuff this size, quite difficult to put on at first until you get the hang of how to do it up. I don’t have to even undo it now.. I just slide it up and voila!! It also comes with quite a few different connectors to fit different machines. I bought mine to go with an A and D medical machine and it fits perfectly. Great quality cuff and a decent size that fits generously, nice colour too in light grey. Would recommend!!!

I have had a blood pressure monitor for a few years now but the cuff they sell the kit with is made for a child's arm or a really skinny adult. Now I can monitor my blood pressure easily with this cuff. Ideal for those with high blood pressure to keep track of what lowers it or when it gets high report it to the GP

However with the selection of 6 adaptors it's pretty likely 1 of them will fit your device, they're certainly adaptable to the Branded devices, and fitted to my generic Chinese machine tooThe cuff, as stated is large, has a good wrap for our teenage daughter .... right up to a larger adult, the XXL rating is certainly adaptable. From the cuff, there is a grey rubber tube around 50cm long, push in the correct adaptor spigot for your machine ... and you're awayAt £9.99 thats a good price, certainly if it means you can now use your monitor

Originally I was told you cannot use another cuff with a machine other than the supplied one, but decided to try this cup as I have not been able to buy a larger replacement from the machine manufacturer. I have fixed this to the original adapter supplied with my machine and I am getting very similar readings on the blood pressure machine for my wife with the original and replacement cuffs.This gives me the confidence to use the new larger cuff on me and trust the results - I cannot get a reliable reading for me with the original cuff as it is too small for me. Problem solved!

I'm a bit unsure about this cuff. It's great that it comes with a range of adaptors to fit in various machines. I found one that approximately fits mine, but the inner hole is a slightly different size, which might explain the difference in reading.My arm is just above the recommended size for the standard cuff. The reading I get with this cuff is significantly higher than the one I get from that cuff, but also much higher than I get when my blood pressure is taken at the GP. Make of that what you will.If it works with your device, than it's a great cuff that's as easy to use as any other.This cuff is showing as unavailable at the time of this review, so I can't comment on the value for money.

My arms are on the chubby side and find the usual sizes to be too small, I was told by a doctor to consider a larger cuff as apparently it’s not right when the cuff squeezes so hard it hurts. Plus it gives the incorrect reading when that happens. Sure enough after using the larger cuff, I’m getting normal readings! A simple fix after all the worrying that my pressure was “pre high” so I’d definitely recommend going for it if you have larger arms like me, it fits well with my omron.Perfect!

This blood pressure cuff comes in a bag in a box with 7 different plugs to attach it to your monitor device, a quick start guide & instructions.This is so long. Its designed for arms from 22cm to 66cm diameter.I tested this with my Omron device and found that it gives an accurate reading. Just be careful not to twist it where it passes through the metal loop as this may give you an error like it did to me.The material is soft plastic with velcro to secure it in place. The hose is the same length as my original and all 7 plugs have a different shape for individual devices. Can't fault it. 5 stars

I have a blood pressure monitor but the cuff with that is tiny and barely fits me let alone my other half so this cuff being larger is perfect, it’s great to replace with the small one so now we can get regular use out of a machine we weren’t really using. The connection fits ideally with my monitor so very easy and versatile as if it didn’t it did come with several different attachments. The cuff itself is easy to put on one handed and did the job well which is all I can ask for. At the time of ordering the cost was £9.99 which is value for money in my personal opinion.
