Fits all of my coworkers. Very easy to clean seems pretty durable and it doesn't bother my neck at all.

3/5 is water repellent and not water proof
Soo this is sold as heavy duty and I used it as a dishwasher and it is not 100 percent water proof is more like water repellent but if you wash dishes for 8 hrs it starts to peel and waterlogged. It is kinda heavy and the straps on the top really doesn't make it comfortable to use
