Works. I've been on these capsules over 3 months & they have helped me with getting my hair back to a glowing & shining state, with new growth. I'm so glad i found this supplement because my hair was thinning out and shedding a lot in the shower and when i brush my hair. Chest pain
I do think it helps with hair growth but someone else mentioned it causing chest pain and I’ve been having the same problem since I started it so I won’t be buying again.

It really works!
I was struggling to grow my hair due to peri menapause/menapause, my hair is thin and I was loosing hair at an alarming rate. I only been taking them for one month and I see the difference in my hair already, I can't wait to see what happens in 6 months. Also I've been taking the Flo ovarian support, so I don't know if it's the combination or not. I will leave another review (update) and pics further down the line.
