Zelda proplica sword is nice, but still proplica
Looking at other English speaking reviews, it seems some people have never owned proplica toys before. They are indeed cheap feeling for what you pay, but what you're paying for these days is licensing.I own the 2 Sword Art Online proplica swords, and both were about $120 each, which honestly, this should be too. I suppose the additional $80 goes into scabbard which the SAO toys do not have. let me be clear, you will feel like these will snap in half you so much as put any power into swinging these toys around.READ THE PRODUCT DETAILS! It very clearly says it's lightweight and safe for cosplay. These aren't meant to be swung around in your backyard like you're actually having a battle! "Prop"lica are literally cheap props, but they're officially licensed! As somebody who owns the super expensive and officially licensed Sword Art Online - Elucidator from Good Smile, I can tell you for 10 times this cost, you're getting what some of you think you're getting for this price. Even that is a toy that feels like it might break if you swing with any meaning. It should have been 1/4 of the cost at most.Welcome to paying for the cost of licensing. Figures and statues are the same price as this, sometimes more, this isn't 25 years ago when something like this was easily $60. Put your proplica toys on display and don't let kids play with them.DO NOT BUY THIS FOR KIDS!This is really intended for adults who want collectible toys. The only thing I'm actually disappointed about here is that there was no proplica Master Shield to go along with this. Seems like a seriously missed opportunity.

Not Worth $200
I have been a fan of The Legend of Zelda since the 80s. I’ve always wanted a high end collectible, officially licensed replica of the Master Sword as I think it is one of the most beautiful swords in fiction. Imagine how excited I was to finally see one being produced.Skip to today when my preorder finally arrived. First, thanks to the loving care of UPS, my box came damaged with a hole in it all the way to the sword itself. This was just the start of my disappointment.I open it up, take out the sword and nearly drop it due to how surprised I was at its weight. No, it’s not a dense, heavy plastic. Oh no. It’s is cheap and hollow feeling. No weight AT ALL to it. I take the scabbard out and start seeing imperfections in the paint. Weird spots and blotches. I place the sword in and it just slides out. Nothing at all holds it in, not even friction. I removed the sword from the scabbard and examine the blade only to find even more imperfections in the paint. At this point I don’t even have words for how sad and disappointed I am by this thing. It’s $200! Nothing about this product is worth that much. If it was heavier, had a better paint job and heck, maybe had some light effect in the blade then it would be with that much. But as another reviewer said, this is about $50 with of cheap plastic here. I will be returning it.It has a few positives but you know what? They’re not even with mentioning.
